At Bossels Furniture INC, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our furniture. We provide a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased directly on www.bossels.com, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers substantial defects in materials and manufacturing.

1. What is Covered?

Our warranty protects the core elements of your investment under normal intended use:

  • Structural Integrity: Frames, core support structures, and joints.
  • Material Defects: Unusual cracking of solid wood (not caused by extreme climate changes), hardware failure, or manufacturing-related fabric fraying.
  • Craftsmanship: Any production-related defects occurring during the construction of the piece.

2. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from misuse or natural aging:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cushion softening, fabric pilling, or minor surface scratches through use).
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (excessive heat, improper humidity, or prolonged direct sunlight).
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning methods, or the use of harsh cleaning chemicals.
  • Natural Variations: Natural characteristics of premium materials like top-grain leather, marble, and solid wood (knots, grain patterns, or slight color variations) are unique to each piece and are not considered defects.

3. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your Order Number and proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the specific issue from multiple angles.

Bossels Furniture INC will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, professional repair kits, or a partial refund depending on the nature and severity of the defect.
