Thank you for shopping with Bossels Furniture INC. We strive for full customer satisfaction. Because our premium furniture items are large and made-to-order, our return and refund procedures are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

By placing an order on https://www.bossels.com, you agree to the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours: You may request a cancellation free of charge for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: As the item enters the handcrafted production stage, a 10% production or material fee may apply.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our facility or are in transit. However, eligible items may still be returned after delivery according to our 30-Calendar Day Return Window.

2. Return Eligibility & Window

Bossels offers a 30-Calendar Day Return Window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging (including all protective crates and foam).
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, clearance items, or products damaged due to customer assembly are not eligible for return.

3. Fees and Return Shipping Costs

For all "change of mind" returns (returns for non-defective items), the following terms apply:

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking and handling fee (calculated from the total purchase price) will be deducted from your final refund. This fee covers the cost of original processing, warehouse handling, and technical inspections.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Due to the oversized nature of our furniture, these costs can be significant.
  • Original Shipping: As Bossels provides free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, no original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@bossels.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. We will provide you with the address of our nearest regional warehouse for the return shipment.
  3. Important: Do not ship items back to our California office. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 7 Calendar Days of delivery. Bossels will review the issue and may provide replacement parts, professional repair kits, a replacement, or another appropriate solution at our expense, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3–7 days):

  • Refund Processing: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 Calendar Days after inspection.
  • Final Amount: Your refund will include the product price and any paid sales tax, minus the 20% restocking fee where applicable.
